Just like horses, we don't have office hours!
Our business demands our availability 24/7, as we cannot afford to leave livestock or our clients stranded at the port if any issues arise.
We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients, and are here for them every step of the way, day or night.
Ensuring a seamless experience for our clients is our utmost priority.
It is possible to receive a completed Carnet through the post, within 24 hours!
In order to initiate the process of providing a fully prepared ATA Carnet, we require specific information from the client.
This includes the completed authorization form, granting Rossi Shipping permission to obtain the carnet on their behalf. Additionally, we need the client's goods itinerary and copies of the livestock's passports to verify details.
Once we have these necessary details, we can expedite the carnet issuance according to our client's desired timeline.
We have been granted permission for use of in-house printing capabilities, to handle urgent carnets efficiently.
For carnet requests submitted before 15:00 PM, we can process, print, and issue the carnet on the same day for next day delivery, to arrive before 13.00pm.
If necessary, we are able to travel to yards to ensure passports are in order and to arrange existing carnets for a seamless experience with our clients.
Each carnet consists of a cover, vouchers, and grouped counterfoils. If there is insufficient space on the cover or vouchers to display all the details of the goods you wish to cover, additional sheets can be added. The carnet can include any number of vouchers for either; moving goods between multiple countries before their return or for multiple trips using the same carnet. The cover and vouchers are printed on colored paper.

It is generally for trade fairs or exhibitions, or for professional equipment and samples.

A carnet helps you to avoid paying import tax and duties making travel more affordable.
Simplified procedures will reduce delays, making travel more efficient and straight forward, also avoiding language barriers as you travel.

We can provide a 24-hour standard service. To facilitate our urgent carnets, we have in house printing for a faster turnaround, and a courier service can be arranged.
Details of the Carnet holder (company that legally owns the goods and is responsible for payment of any duties to foreign Customs), details of the person(s) who will be travelling with the goods, intended use of the goods, and finally list of goods taken. All the goods must be individually itemised with each item having its specific description (i.e., make, serial number), weight and value to facilitate Customs identification and prevent substitution of goods.
You can have as many names as you need.
As many items as you require the pages can be extended to facilitate large carnets.
ATA Carnet does not cover the transportation of perishable and consumable items, including food, seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides. Similarly, explosives, disposable items, and goods sent via post are not eligible for travel under an ATA Carnet.

Therefore, we strongly advise you to check at least 24hrs prior to your departure that a customs officer is available to validate your carnet at your port of departure.
Once the carnet has been issued, you cannot add extra goods. You’ll need to apply for another carnet.
While a carnet cannot be extended beyond its expiration date as per technical regulations, there are certain circumstances where foreign customs may permit the issuance of a replacement carnet to prolong the period of goods in the carnet country. It is important to note that the replacement carnet must be applied for before the original carnet expires in all cases.
