For anyone looking for an easier way to deal with carnets - This is a fantastic service provider, & Pamela (the owner) is always available at the end of the phone to answer any queries.

It's great to have Pamela on call available to help - this is what is needed, as quite a few riders got stuck last year when travelling their own horses - the carnets were not stamped correctly so the horses had to be sent back to the U.K, but with Rossi you would always have help available.
